Xtreme Comforts: The Company
Xtreme Comforts, based in Bronxville, NY, is a manufacturer of pillows and cushions. According to a message on its website – Hello From the Owner – the founders have experienced neck pain and back pain which was not relieved (in fact, made worse) by ordinary pillows and cushions. They decided to search for the best designed and constructed cushions and pillows and make them available at affordable prices.
The Products
The Xtreme Comforts product line, available on Amazon, includes nine pillows and cushions plus bulk shredded memory foam:

Two of these pillows (#1 and #2) use shredded memory foam, which is the filling in most of the top-rated memory foam pillows on Amazon. The rest of the pillows, except #3, have solid memory foam cores. The 100% Bamboo Pillow is filled with fibers of rayon from bamboo.
Bamboo is the featured material in the covers of seven of the pillows (#s 1-7). These fabrics are actually blends of bamboo rayon with polyester. For most of them this is 40% rayon and 60% polyester. In those with the Kool-Flow covers, it is 43% bamboo rayon, 56.4% polyester, and 0.6% lycra (spandex) (Xtreme Comforts uses Kool-Flow under license from Selectabed).

Ratings
Xtreme Comforts (XC) pillows are not yet reviewed on Beds.org, because that site primarily reviews mattresses, including many reviewed on this site. And since they are sold only online and do not have a showroom, XC is not reviewed on Yelp. But they are sold on Amazon, which marks those reviews which are from customers with verified purchases of the products they review. So Amazon is our resource for consumer ratings. The XC pillows covered here are the first six on the above list. These first five are primarily used in bed, while some back sleepers also use the Contour Neck Pillow.
As can be seen in the table below, the Xtreme Comfort pillows for bed with the highest number of verified customer reviews (VCRs) are the two head pillows with shredded memory foam: Adjustable Thickness Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow and the Slim Hypoallergenic Shredded Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow, which indicates how well they sell compared to the other models. It also means a more reliable average VCR rating. The third highest rated bed pillow is the 100% Bamboo Pillow, with less than 10% the number of reviews of the Slim.
The apparently highest-selling XC pillow is the Ortho-Seat Coccyx Seat Cushion, judging by the number of VCRs (2,751), which began selling on Amazon two or three months after the Adjustable Thickness Pillow. This is probably because more memory foam head pillows are available to choose from than coccyx seat cushions.
Xtreme Comforts pillows have an Amazon rating of 4.20 of 5 stars. Even including the 100% Bamboo Pillow filled with fibers of rayon from bamboo, which has an average rating of 4.22, this rating remains the same, reflecting the vast difference in the volume of verified customer reviews.
